I have scored 5.5 band on ielts (listening-5.5, reading-6, writing-5.5, speaking-5.5) so is it possible for me to apply for Canada ?

I had done diploma im electrical engineering , 10 nd +2 with gud score and has a experience at petrol statiom as an helper .
