I have scored 501 marks in NEET UG 2022. Can I get any government MBBS college in UP? If yes, which colleges am I eligible for?

First of all, you have not provided proper information like Domicile, All India Rank, and state rank so it is difficult to predict the exact medical college names. According to your marks, your all-India rank is under 60,000. However, you may get these government colleges for MBBS courses in Uttar Pradesh. The list of College is-
1- Saifai Medical College, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
2- Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Vibhuti Hand, Lucknow.

There is a low possibility that you will get into a government medical college for MBBS in UP with 501 marks. Because it has been observed from the trends of the past few years that there is very high competition for MBBS in government colleges, leading to a cutoff score higher than 610, even when you have category-based relaxation, the cutoff can go as high as 550. This year also, cut off will vary depending on number of applicants in particular category seat compared to seats available in particular medical college.
