    Yes, you are fully eligible for the course.

    Yes, you are eligible for BA-LLB and if you want to take admission in good colleges. You must prepare for their entrance exam.

    Hi Ashish!
    Yes you are eligible for admission in BA-LLB. According to me, you should first prepare for entrance exam and then go for good private or government colleges.

    As per the eligibility criteria mentioned on the Law College Durgapur website, a candidate must have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 12th standard to be eligible for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) course. However, your aggregate percentage is 56%.
    However, there is a provision for relaxation of the minimum marks criteria for candidates who have a gap of more than 3 years between their 12th and graduation. In such cases, the candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in aggregate in the 12th standard.

    You can try in private colleges but most colleges have entrance and for this session admission procedure is done.

    BA LLB eligibility criteria 2018 states that aspirants should have passed their 12th grade from a recognised board of education with a minimum score of 50%.
