I have scored 58% in 12th from Science stream from state board. Can I apply to France or Italy for Bachelors?

Hi Kaisong, you can apply but different universities have different requirements. You must also take IELTS. Applying to France may require you to take a French language test too. You should check websites of some universities and prepare accordingly. All the best.
