I have scored 60.2% in class 10th and 82% in class 12th. Am eligible to apply for B.Com?

Yes, you are having good percentage in your class 12th, so you can apply at anywhere you wish to go for like even for government universities as well. In think choose the university first and then check the eligibility for the same. All the best.
