Yes, you are eligible to apply for BCA in VIT. However, I am not sure whether you can get a seat in any of the campuses.

Yes, you can get admission in VIT University(Vellore Institute of Technology) for Bachelor of Computer Application but for that you should have good marks in your VITEEE as on that basis only you will get admission in this branch.
