I have scored 60% in class 12th with commerce stream. I want to pursue Arts. My aim is to become IAS OFFICER. Which course is good?

Can you suggest some good colleges in Delhi and Kolkata for the same?

    If you want to do B.A, then my suggestion is B.A. Hons in Social Science. It is the best graduation course.
