i have scored 60% in my h.s.c and ihave to go for g.p ratings in merchant navy plz guide me the procedure for the same

i also have an eyesight of -5 in both eye but after going through lasik operation can i achieve 6/6 vision which is required in merchant navy and if possible plzz guide me the hospitals to to undergo lasik surgery
