I have scored 61.33% in HSC (PCM). 137 out of 150 in physics, chemistry and maths (total). Am I eligible??

It is very simple you need to have minimum 50% of marks in each subject physics, chemistry and maths you will get direct admission on that basis for aeronautical engg. and for B Tech. Aerospace engg you need to have minimum 55% aggregrate in PCM to send the application form the merit list will be an
