You can apply in this college. But the cut off is higher than that. So getting shortlisted for the second round is very difficult. However, you can prepare well and try to improve on your score in MH CET and use the score to apply for admission. Usually the cut off is about 80 - 85 %ile, with 90 %ile being a good score.
