I have scored 62% in 12th from PSEB and 54 points in PTE 6 each. Can I apply for colleges in Brisbane, Australia?

If you are going for a UG programme, yes, this score is enough. However, your 54 points in PTE can not be converted as 6 band in each module as you have mentioned. It may be equal, but universities will insist 60 in each. Nothing wrong in applying and trying for it.

I may not be able to suggest you to study some thing. It is good you know your weakness as you are not good in Maths. You select the course where maths does not come more. Better see the university websites, select the course of your interest and go through the course details and see the compulsory
