With a 52% score in PCM and an overall 63% in your board exams, you would not meet the general eligibility criteria of VIT University. The eligibility for VIT University in the general category requires at least a 60% in PCM. However, if you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST) or are from the North Eastern states, you might still be eligible.  You can check on the official website or with the college.
