Yes ma'am, you can take admission with your marks, as you meet the eligibility criteria (50% marks in class XII in best four subjects) for the above-mentioned program.

Yes of course as you have first division in 12th and Galgotia University doesn't take just on the basis of marks it will be taking your entry level exam. Besides, I shall suggest that you do keep Amity University,Noida's Amity School of Mass Communication as an option.

I mean their entrance or personal interview. That's what I mean by entry level procedure.
