I have scored 64% marks in the 10 + 2 examination. If I get a good score in JEE, can I get admission in NIT, SLIET or govt. colleges?

No, you can't get admission as your 12th percentage is low, but yes you can get state government colleges as I guess some of them don't require a high percentage.

As your 12th percentage is very low, you can apply to private colleges and other colleges.
Government colleges require a high percentage for admission.
