I have scored 64000 rank in JEE Mains 2019 April attempt. Will I get any government college?

No, you cannot get into NITs, search for any government college. It is totally fine to have this rank. If you want you can admission into private colleges that are known for providing good education. And, else if you want to join government colleges. Just work hard this year, give the exam next year
