There are chances if you are from a reserved category, as you can avail quota system benefits. But if you are from the general category, then it is a big no, you cannot pursue B.Com from DU on a regular basis. Rather, you can apply for SOL.

No its not possible from du rglr between from sol and non collegiate uhh do your B.Com. bcoz ur % will be too low to get admsn in du rglr

Dear, I'm sorry to say - it is really difficult to go with B.Com in DU with this percentage unless you have any reservation facility. I think you better try for an alternative.
