I have scored 65% marks in boards, what I can do with this in engineering? I belong to OBC category.

I am afraid that only board marks will not get you anywhere towards your desire of getting admission in an engineering college. Presently, Tamilnadu is the only state where admissions are based on the marks obtained in class 12th, and there is no CET whatsoever for students belonging to this state.
