I have scored 656 score in December 2017 MAT & 46.13 percentile in CAT, having 2 years work exp. in TCS. Will I get a seat in PSG?

Yes, you can get admission in PSG depending on the range of scores obtained in February MAT. To be confident and joining MBA, I would recommend you to take February MAT and obtain 85 % because if the range of scores obtained in February MAT is too high they won't take the December MAT scores into consideration.
