It's eligibility criteria for BCA is minimum 50% aggregates. Thus you are eligible for vit. Good luck.

The eligibility criteria for VIT is that a candidate must score at least 70% in +2 of the candidate belongs to general category, and 65% if they belong to reserved category. The minimum eligibility for taking admission in any UG course is 70% in 12th. Therefore, you're not eligible to for any of the UG programmes in VIT.
