I have scored 67.4% in class 12th with science stream. Can I get any good engineering college?

I think no any engineering college takes admission on the basis of CBSE board marks. Most of them want only that u got more than 60%. If u have not performed well in competitive exams than u can move toward some private colleges or u can also find some state government colleges like in Punjab or in
