At these rank there is some chance to get admission in any government college but I will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE Mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any gov

You should be able to get some good private colleges with your rank. As already told in another answer, NITs and other Top private colleges will not be possible. You can also try Shiksha's college predictor utility.
