I have scored 68.9 percentile in JEE, can I get CSE in any NITs or IIITs?

My JEE 2022 percentile - 68.9260891, My OBC-NCL Rank - 95181, My CRL Rank - 292318.

    Actually, your percentile is too low.
    For that reason, you are not able to get CSE in any NIT or IIT.
