I have scored 70% in +2 science(PCM) from PSEB and 19 marks in JEE (Mains)2013 ,rankings will be published on 07072013.Please suggest.

Based upon your percentage you can get direct admission in B.Tech as for direct admission minimum marks required are 70%. Not only this you will be provided with scholarship as well. For details of fee structure, eligibility criteria and scholarship schemes check following link: http://www.lpu.in/
