    The minimum cut-off score for MAT 2019 was 320 (280 for SC/ST). Therefore, you would be eligible to apply.

    I would like to correct you here, it's BIT Mesra and not bits.
    320 marks is the cutoff this year. For further details, you can refer to the official website of BIT, Mesra https://bitmesra.ac.in/
