I have scored 71 %ile in JEE Mains and I belong to BC category. Can I get a good college for BE or B.Tech?

    At 71 percentile your JEE Main rank will be around 250000-300000. You should apply in State Engineering Colleges or try to get admission in private colleges like: Amity University.
