    Hello,
In simple words, I can tell you that if you want to avail admission in B.Arch then you should comply the eligibility criteria. If you are able to satisfy the requirement, you can take admission before the last date of admission, i.e. 30th April 2020. If you have scored 80 percentile or above in JEE Main paper II, good enough to satiate the requirement and 60% applicable in higher secondary, the rest of the details you can refer from: https://www.lpu.in/programmes/bachelor-of-architecture

Yes, you can get a seat in LPU. Also, you'll get a scholarship too. I'll recommend giving LPUNEST to get a better scholarship.

As per eligibility of course, a candidate must have either 90% above in +2 or 60% aggregate marks in Diploma or +2 (with PCM) and must qualify NATA or JEE Paper 2 with 80% and above. So, if you are in satisfying this criterion, then you are eligible to apply in LPU.
Last date to apply for admission with maximum benefit is 31-5-2020

You can easily avail a seat as well as a scholarship in LPU based on your score. The earlier you apply for admission the more is the chance of availing higher percentage of scholarship in LPU. However, you can also go for LPUNEST which is the national entrance test conducted by LPU and the more you score, the more will be the scholarship you can avail on the basis of LPUNEST.
