I have scored 80 marks in JEE Mains & 90% in Board Exams (CBSE).Which colleges for B.Tech CSE.(Gen category).? Private or govt.

Your marks are less but ur percentage is good.
AS per you marks are concerned it is not possible to get into IITs and NITs, but there are chances to get a government college. in private you can look for Lovely professional university where u may get scholarship, in BITs pilna, in VITJ mumbai etc.
