I have scored 81% in +2 from commerce stream, can I get admission in Dubai? I belong to general category.

81 is a good percentile to get into any good university including in Dubai. Your category does not really matter as it does not imply there. Admissions are on merit not on quotas and reserved categories. Decide where to study and check the university websites for further processing.
