Yes, based on your academic profile, you are eligible to apply for the B.Arch program at Lovely Professional University. LPU follows the Council of Architecture (COA) eligibility norms, and as per COA, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and must also have a valid score in a recognised architecture aptitude test. Since you have secured 84% in CBSE Class 12th and also appeared for JEE Main Paper 2 with a score of 191, you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. NATA is not compulsory if you already have a valid JEE Paper 2 score, and LPU accepts either NATA or JEE Main Paper

    Hello,

With 84% in CBSE 12th and a score of 191 in JEE Main Paper 2, you are well-qualified for B.Arch admission at Lovely Professional University (LPU). You meet both key eligibility criteria: minimum 50% in 10+2 with Mathematics and English, and a valid entrance score—either NATA or JEE Main Paper 2. Since you have a strong JEE score, you're eligible without NATA. LPU follows a 50–50 weightage model, considering both your entrance score and board marks, making your profile highly competitive. Additionally, you may qualify for scholarships based on academic performance. With your strong credentials, you can apply confidently and ex

Yes, with 84% in CBSE 12th and 191 in JEE Paper 2, you are eligible to apply for admission in B.Arch at most recognized institutions, including LPU. As per the Council of Architecture (CoA) guidelines, eligibility requires a minimum of 50% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and a valid score in either NATA or JEE Main Paper 2. Since you didn't appear for NATA but scored 191 in JEE Paper 2, your JEE score fulfills the entrance requirement. You can apply to architecture programs that accept JEE Paper 2 scores, including those at LPU and other approved colleges.

The applicant should give the relevant Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, along with the LPUNEST admit card and scorecard, recent passport-sized photographs-a valid photo ID/birth proof such as Aadhaar or matric certificate, and category certificates, if applicable-with any qualifying or eligibility certificates for the selected program under LPU NEST counseling.

Mainly an online process, LPU NEST Counselling enables qualified candidates to fill in seat preferences, upload documents, and make payments remotely. On such occasions, candidates might deposit fees offline, visit the university campus or camp office, or submit their applications. As per preference, seat allotment occurs according to merit ranks, while results can be viewed online.

Yes, Lovely Professional University announces the LPU NEST counselling. The dates will most commonly be published alongside exam schedules and result timelines for every phase, online counselling from February 8, 2026, B.Tech program. These dates are updated per programme (e.g., B.Tech, MBA) and phase, i.e., slot booking and results of seat allotment by online examination, which will be declared soon after the completion of exams, often within 24 to 48 hours. Candidates can refer to the "Important Dates" section for the last dates for admission, for example, February 25, 2026, for B.Tech.

Yes, it is actually very much required to bring along Class 10 and 12 certificates or at least mark sheets during the LPU NEST counseling, primarily because the university explicitly would wish to establish the age of applicants from the Class 10 marksheet and verify eligibility with the Class 12 certificate/marksheet before confirming admission and awarding a scholarship.

S
Samreen Begum

at LPU NEST counselling, you would have to check the result & rank, fill and lock online course/seat preferences, get the allotment of the seat based on the rank and choices, pay to secure the seat by paying the initial fee, and go on to upload/verify documents and pay the remaining fee within the stipulated time for final admission.
