I have scored 85 percentile in MAH_CET 2018 and I belong to open category. Can I get admission through Christian minority in MMS program?

If you are a Roman Catholic, then only will you be eligible for the minority quota. Also, last year, the Minority cut-off through CAP rounds were 90 %ile, you could try through CAP but if not you could always apply through ILS.
