I have scored 86% in PUC and my KCET rank is 16781, can I get admission for aeronautical engineering in Acharya Institute?

Acharya Institute of Technology is a very well known Institute in Bangalore. It admits students based on KCET or COMEDK rankings. Closing ranks of aeronautical engineering branch has closed around 10000 KCET rank. But then it is a dynamic figure and depends on students choices in the current year.
