I have scored 86 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 can I get a good branch in VSSUT.

I think you will. But given the COVID scenario there will be some irregularities in the seat matrix as the students may not prefer to get admitted to a good but distant place college this year.

With 86 percentile score, your expected rank in the JEE Main exam will be around 149,170 - 169,170 and assuming that you belong to General category, yes there's a possibility that you can get some of good circuital branches and also other branches like PE, CE etc. I would suggest you to go with the process of online counselling.
