I have scored 86%tile and 150 marks in cmat 2016 can i accept call from college and what is the cutoff for MHCET and ATMA?

Yes apply for great lakes and welingkar.Cutoff for mh-cet is 95 percentile and ATMA is not accepted by welingkar

There is no specific cut off as mentioned by the college.however the cut off is between 80-85%.

With 86 percentile you have a very good chance to go to the next round, after which you will have to give a psychometric test. If you clear that you will get a call for gd pi. For PGDM , welingkar considers all exams at the same level. -

Yes you have good chances, your profile might be shortlisted for first round then it depends on your GD and PI performance.
For PGDM 80-85 is general cutoff for MH CET then it also depends on your profile.
ATMA cutoff is around 90+.
