I have scored 87% in CBSE 12th boards.And my JEE score is only 54.I want to take ECE. Can I get into VNIT? Can u suggest some gud clgs?

I have appeared for TS EAMCET, in which my local rank is 27523. CAn I get good colleges on this rank? I want to take ECE.
