I have scored 87 percentile in CMAT, 2016. Am I eligible for MBA? Is the University blacklisted?

Yes, you are eligible, because you only need 50% in graduation and the minimum cut off marks for MBA entrance exam. Regarding the rumor of blacklisted Christ University, it is not true and they only need minimum 70% marks in CMAT. So, you can definitely apply there.

Yes you are eligible to apply for admissions process. Minimum CMAT percentile is 70 to be eligible along with 50% aggregate in UG marks. Christ being blacklisted is just a rumour and there is no problem for christ students in the corporate world too.
