Congratulations on scoring 88.2%ile.
You have scored a decent score to get IES MCRC so you hold good chances to get in and yes other than your percentile they even have GD and 2 rounds of PI which would be a deciding factor too. They have allotted certain marks for your score, performance in GD and PI. So as of now just start preparing for the same and work hard.

Congratulations on your score. You can apply for PGDM course with this percentile and also you are having a work experience so there are good chances of getting selected. Appear for GD-PI rounds for the selection process. -
First of all, congratulations on your score. For admission into MMS course, your work experience is not taken into consideration. Based on your score it is difficult to get into MMS course. However you can apply for PGDM course offered by IES MCRC. Please check the website for eligibility and admission related information.
