As per my advice, look out for your present scenario whether you can make it or not in next year. Ask yourself if this question. Consult with yournparents and if you want to go for long term then go for it and if you don't apply for JoSaa counselling for admissions in Engineering colleges.

You should join any college because there might be wastage of one year. If you are confident that you can qualify the exam in next chance then go for that. Otherwise take admission in other college.
