I have scored 9.4 CGPA in 10th and want to opt for science stream? Which field should I opt for in science stream?

Computer science is a major field opted my maximum students, who score high in engineering entrance exams. Computer science is first choice followed by electronics and communication, electrical and mechanical. The other known branches are electronics, IT, automobile, aerospace, textile and chemical.
