I think you have given JEE Mains so you can get admission only on the basis of merit rank.

Hi Pratishtha, The admission in BE is done by the ACPC which requires you to take the JEE exam. On the basis of the marks in 12th and in JEE, a merit list is prepared. So, your admission is only possible if you have given JEE along with 12th boards.
