I have scored 91.658 percentile OBC, can I get admission in NIT, Delhi?

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score and under this quota. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi like DTU and other private colleges as your score is quite good. As DTU is better than NIT Delhi.
