Your percentile is good. Chances are good. Just do well in the process. XIME is good, but make sure about the fee, because it is high and N. L. Dalmia is also quite good and Welingkar Mumbai is good too. You can try for SIES Mumbai, MET Mumbai, CHETANA Mumbai
Let me know, if you want to know about any other colleges apart from this in the comments.

Your Profile sounds good enough and you have fair chance of conversion too. It also depends on how well you perform during GD/PI rounds. Selection will be based purely on merit, which will be evaluated out of 100 marks as below:
Entrance test score I. e. CAT or XAT or CMAT or MH-CET or MAT or ATMA Score (We will convert your percentile to our grading scale as per our admission criteria) :40
    Personal Interview :20
    Group Discussion :15
Past Academic Record (10th,12th and graduation)
    :15
    Work Experience :-5
Extra- curricular activities (Sports or Cultural)- (At District/State/National level) :5
    Total
    100
    Start preparing for GD/PI.
    Good luck!

Yes, there are chances, but for that you need to fill the forms first. All above mentioned colleges accepts above 80 and your score is quite good, you should go for it.
    Good luck.

No, CMAT scores are not compulsory for admissions into the MBA course at NSUT. Even CMAT scores are not the first priority of the admission committee to shortlist the students. Because the university considers the scores of CAT/ MAT for selecting the students. If the seats get vacant, then only CMAT is considered.

However, as the MBA course at Biyani Group of Colleges is offered with the affiliation of Rajasthan Technical University.
