I have scored 91 present in PCMB (PUC), which course I can opt for. Should I go for b.sc or commerce filed like CA and CS.

You should better opt for some regular course, i.e. BSc, and keep courses like CA and CS as a side option. Courses like CA and CS have no certainty of future, even if u scored 91% in your 12th grade.
