With this percentile and general category, you cannot get CS/IT in any of the top 5 NIT (Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal, MNNIT and Rourkela).
JEE Main Rank prob. = (100 NTA percentile) x 874469 / 100
And furthermore, if you even belong to the same state for respective NIT, you can't get CS there except Rourkela (you should belong to Odisha for it).
