Hi there, congrats your score is great. You can appear for LPUNEST if you wish to just to improve the score. However, with this score you can get direct admission with bracket 2 scholarship. Register yourself, upload the documents and the university will contact you. GOod LUck

No not needed you can directly get admission on the basis of your JEE Mains result.

If you want admission in LPU then you can fill it. Your JEE score is good and can fetch you a good college based upon your interest.
