Yes you have obtained a very good percentage and you should easily get admission in B.Com h course in the first cut off list itself all the best.

Yes, but you will have to wait for 2nd-3rd cut off atleast, because you are from general category and for admission in B.Com (Hons) you need really high percentage. Keep your hope high, you will get admission.
