Hi Siddharth, Yes you are eligible to sit during the counselling and eligible for apply. Alliance ask for 60% in MAT but if you don't have above 60% then Alliance conducts Alliance mat(amat) on the PI date, In AMAT there will be a written exam followed by extempore and then PI. In Extempore they will give you a topic with preparation time 3 minutes and after then you have to give a speech for 5-7 minutes in-front of students and the interview panel. In PI don't get nervous just tell the truth, don't bluff. Focus more on extempore and PI. For more details please go through the link http://bus.alliance.edu.in/web/mba-admissions.php

The admission procedure starts by, first you have to apply online at alliance.edu.in and then you will get an appointment for interview, and on that day you have to write AMAT (Alliance Management Aptitude Test), then one oral extempore, and a personal interview. The college is having huge records in placements that it 250 plus recruiting partners, 94% students got placed with an average package of 6.5 lacks and highest package of 12 lacks.
