I have scored 97.91 percentile in ATMA 2017. Is there any chance of getting WeSchool?

Last year cut-off was around 97% for ATMA. So, you have a good chance.

As ATMA falls in the all India quota level, the cut-off gets quite high. This year, all-India quota cutoff went upto 99.91%. Though it seems difficult, you should try.

Yes, you do stand a fair chance of getting into Welingkar as an overall score of your academics, percentile and GD-PI would be considered. It all depends on your total score so you have a good chance of getting through.
