I have scored 98.93 percentile in CET. I am from OBC category. What are the chances of getting JBIMS or SIMSREE?

The cut-off for reserved category depends on the number of students applying in the particular category. You will need to wait for your OBC rank and the seat distribution matrix. However, as per trends, the cut-off is only a bit low than general cut-off which is 99.67 percentile tentatively.

Hi, 2017 admissions cut-offs were: JBIMS for MS course (99.92 percentile) and SIMSREE for MS/PGDBM courses (99.67 percentile) for Maharashtra state students. As per the trend, reserved category cut-offs are closer to general cut-offs.
