I have scored around 180 in UPSEE. Is there any chance for me in CSE or mechanical?

I have 72% in CBSE board 12th.

    You will not get any government college, but you might get private college under Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE). You will CSE or ME in a private college.
