Admission is through counseling based on rank in JEE Mains. -
According to your JEE rank you may get NITK. But, there is very less chance to get a good branch, so try to know about some other good colleges. Best of luck for your future. -
You may get, but very less chance, my advice is prepare for JEE Advance and TARY to get good rank.

You will get admit in NITK, but you can't get a good stream, because you have very low marks. So, I prefer you to prepare for JEE Advance. -
